How to create CRM Campaign ?

Launching a CRM campaign helps you re-engage existing customers and nurture qualified leads using tailored visual messaging. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up and deploy your CRM campaign.

Step 1: Start the Creation Process

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab on your main dashboard.

  2. Click the + Create Ad button at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Fill Out Campaign Details

  1. Complete the required configuration fields, including:

    • Campaign Name: Choose a clear, descriptive title.

    • Target Audience & Budget: Define your audience parameters and daily/total spend.

  2. Select your desired classification under the Ad Type dropdown.

Step 3: Select CRM as the Banner Type

  1. Locate the Banner Type selection menu within the setup form.

  2. Choose CRM from the options to format your ad specifically for customer relationship management placements and audience segments.

Step 4: Finalize and Save

  1. Review all form fields to ensure your budget, schedule, and ad specs are correct.

  2. Click the Add Ad Set button at the bottom of the page to save your configuration and launch the campaign.
